How free access, refunds and cancellations work.
Free access until November 10
Hinru is free until November 10, 2026. No card needed. When this free-access period ends, you can choose whether to subscribe. You won’t be charged automatically.
Your first payment
Don’t love it? No worries. Within 14 days of your first payment, email hello@odumworld.com and we’ll refund that payment in full. Include the email address you signed up with. One refund per account.
Cancelling after that
You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We don’t refund partial months.
Your saves and data
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your saves. Deleting your account does. You can download everything first, free.
Your rights
Your statutory rights, including those of UK and EU buyers, are not affected.
Who processes refunds
We plan to use Paddle.com as our reseller and merchant of record when paid subscriptions begin. Paddle will process payments, handle sales tax and VAT, and appear on your statement. Approved refunds will be returned through Paddle to your original payment method. You can also contact Paddle directly through paddle.net.
